Our customer is the leading producer of gas exhaust pipes in Europe, delivering exhaust piping and ducting for heating units. This test line measures and tests the piping in shape, size tolerances, and whether the sealing ring is fitted correctly. The test is performed by a vision system that takes a photonic measurement of the exhaust pipes. The approved pipes are conveyed to the next workstation over a long conveyor unit.
