This testing machine was designed to comply with the IEC 60529 norms for testing to IP XX standards. A 180-degree rotating sprayer can apply the force of 72 jets to all angles of the test object. The water volume can be adjusted up to 16 lit/min. Movement and volume are recorded to an SD memory card and logged on the PLC control. Many consumer and industrial parts are protected to IP54 and IP55 norm, where the second digit indicates water resistance. Higher resistance testing will require full immersion and pressure and is available on request.
