This testing unit is designed for testing brake cylinders for trucks. These highly important components are required to be 100 % tested before being released for use. A cylinder is placed in the machine and held in place by an pneumatic cylinder. Two automatic screwdrivers are used to connect high pressure pneumatic hoses for leak testing. The test is registered on an Innomatec logging computer that logs the pressure build up over a period of 60 seconds. After this the cylinder is automatically disconnected and the cylinder released for use. An upgrade to automated loading is available.
