Machine for cutting out custom patterns in rubber sieve belts. In the belt shaping machine we feed in a rubber belt from an unwinder into the cutting area. Here custom slits and openings are cut for the sieve process and toothed edges for a drive gear on the side. This allows a wide range of custom belts for all sorts of agricultural purposes. The finished product is wound onto a finished product reel. The PLC control interfaces through a 15-inch touch screen HMI.
